Farmers, ranchers, and exhibitors will combine business with pleasure at the 3rd Annual Heart of America Farm Show, south of Tulsa, in Beggs, Okla., this Sept. 24-26, Thursday-Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

With free parking and free admission to all events (except the rodeo), attendees will see it all at the 200-acre Tulsa RV Ranch, a well-known rodeo venue that’s close enough for a quick visit to the city, yet far enough away to avoid big city traffic.

Farmers and ranchers can compare the latest, greatest farm products and services hands-on, gathered from ag companies across the country, while entertaining the whole family.  Exhibitors not only reach interested prospects at the show, but also across a range of proven marketing media.

At the show, attendees will experience everything from tractors, mowers, balers, hay trailers, feed, feeders, fencing, and supplements to trucks, cars, SUVs, security cameras, farm insurance and financing.

Evening events after 7 p.m. include a draft horse pull on Thursday, and PRCA Rodeos on Friday and Saturday, where the best cowboys and cowgirls in the nation compete to win last minute points before the National Finals.

Opportunity abounds at all the free daytime events, including a farm and ranch equipment consignment auction on Saturday, plus Dr. Don Coover, DVM’s seminar on Building and Improving Your Cattle Herd Genetics.  Presented twice daily during the show, Dr. Coover discusses new producer-friendly technologies that can be more accurate and less expensive than traditional breeding methods.

The Heart of America Farm Show is also giving away a total of $3,000 in GoBob Pipe and Steel Gift Certificates and Tulsa RV Ranch Bucks good toward the purchase of any show products, events, or accommodations.  One Grand Prize winner will also win a professional smoker grill outfit, valued at $2,000, made by Goodwin Industries.

GoBob Pipe and Steel, a vendor of hay trailers, feeders, fencing, pipe and guards for farmers and ranchers, is a Platinum Sponsor of the Heart of America Farm Show.  The Tulsa RV Ranch – which offers show goers 90 RV hookups, plus Cowboy Cabin rentals, a general store, restaurant, saloon, as well as a Go Kart track and miniature golf course for kids – is also a Platinum Sponsor.

The kids will enjoy an antique tractor parade and display.  They will marvel at how smart cow dogs performing in the main arena take all the work out of herding and gathering cattle, driving them into pens, loading and unloading stock trailers, and more.

A free Kid’s Farm Safety Day Camp, conducted by the Oklahoma Farm Bureau and the Heart of America Farm Show, also teaches children ages 10-13 how to improve safety and prevent accidents on the farm.

While farmers and ranchers will find their time and money well spent at the Heart of America Farm Show, so will exhibitors.

“The Heart of America Farm Show comes at the perfect time of the year: when the harvest is done, the weather has cooled, and it’s time to plan for the winter feeding season and equipment purchases to reduce next year’s tax bill,” says GoBob President Bob Studebaker.  “Since it’s located in a quad-state center of beef production, it attracts attendees from Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.”

“The first two years we attended the show, we paid for our booth, sponsorship, staffing, and equipment transport from our onsite sales at the show – and enjoyed residual sales for eight months after it,” adds Studebaker.

To bring even more farmers, ranchers, and their families to the 3rd Annual Heart of America Farm Show than previous years, show promoters are using proven advertising media for the farm and ranch industry including Radio Oklahoma, a network of 42 radio and TV stations that focus on ag news, markets and info.  The show’s email list also tops 24,000 followers, which bodes well for turnout.

Both at the show and beyond, exhibitors are poised to reach even more interested prospects than previous years through a variety of proven marketing venues such as:

* Bronze Sponsorship, which includes 1 booth space (inside or outside); their company name and logo on all printed material.

* Silver Sponsorship, which includes 2 booth spaces (inside or outside); their company name and logo on all printed material; and a 4’x4’ banner with their company info.

* Gold Sponsorship, which includes 3 booth spaces (inside or outside); their company name and logo on all printed material, TV, and Radio; a 4’x8’ banner with their company info; and a Banner ad on the Farm Show website.

* Platinum Sponsorship, which includes 4 booth spaces (inside or outside); their company name and logo on all printed material, TV, and Radio; a 6’x8’ banner with their company info; a Banner ad on the Farm Show website; and a Direct link from show website to their website.

“I attend about 16 farm shows and cattlemen conventions a year, but the Heart of America Farm Show is one of the best advertised, so the sponsorships are a bargain,” concludes Studebaker.  “Every time they promote the show in print, radio, TV, flyers, email blasts, Facebook, or their website, GoBob gets exposure too, and the results have been tremendous.”
