INGREDIENTS:

2 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

1 C fresh lime juice

DIRECTIONS:

Mix together, lime juice and sweetened condensed milk pour into ready made shortbread crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 22 to 25 minutes. Allow to cool.

 

Topping:

INGREDIENTS:

1 4-ounce package cream cheese, softened

1/2 C confectioner’s sugar

1 8-ounce carton whipped topping, thawed

1/4 tsp vanilla

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients together and spread on pie. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve.
