INGREDIENTS:

1 large onion, diced

1 pounds ground deer meat

3 large potatoes diced

4 carrots chopped small

1 package onion soup mix

1 can fancy cut green beans

1 can Rotell tomatoes (hot or mild, your preference)

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can tomato sauce

1/4 tsp garlic powder

salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Heat pan with olive oil or vegetable oil until hot. Then add diced onion, cook until they begin to caramelize. Add deer meat and let meat brown. Add carrots, potatoes and package of onion soup mix and stir until well mixed. Let cook until potatoes and carrots start to soften, then add green bean, cream of mushroom soup, rotell tomatoes and tomato sauce. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Let cook on low until vegetables are done; let it set and serve.
