INGREDIENTS:

1 box butter pecan cake mix

1 15-ounce can pumpkin

1 12-ounce can evaporated milk

3 large eggs

1 1/2 C granulated sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 C chopped pecans

1 C melted butter

DIRECTIONS:

Grease bottom of 9-by-13 pan. Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Pour mixture into pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture and top with pecans. Drizzle melted butter over pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
