INGREDIENTS:

3 C mashed sweet potatoes

1 C sugar

1/2 tsp salt

2 eggs

1/3 stick margarine

1/2 C sweet milk

1 tsp vanilla

DIRECTIONS:

Mix together and pour into a greased baking dish.

 

Topping:

INGREDIENTS:

1 C brown sugar

1 C chopped nuts

1/3 C flour

1/3 stick margarine

DIRECTIONS:

Mix topping ingredients together and crumble over soufflé. Bake at 350 egrees for 15 minutes.
