INGREDIENTS:

3 slices of bacon, diced

1 package chipped beef

1 can sliced mushrooms

1/4 C butter

1/4 C flour

2 C milk

8 eggs

1/2 C evaporated milk

1/2 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS:

Sauté bacon, chipped beef and mushrooms in butter; add flour and milk. Put aside.

Scramble the eggs, evaporated milk and salt. After cooked, alternate layers of eggs and meat mixture in a 9-by-13 baking dish. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour.
