Roasted Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS:
1 head cauliflower
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Cut cauliflower into florets. Toss with other ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, or until tender.
