Ingredients:

3 C chopped-cooked chicken

1 can cream of chicken, undiluted

1 8-ounce container sour cream

3 tsp poppy seeds

30 round buttery crackers, crushed

1/4 C butter, melted

Directions:

Combine first four ingredients. Flatten in 11-by-7 pan. Stir together crackers and butter. Sprinkle evenly over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
