Ingredients:

Asparagus

Oil (olive or corn) small amount

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Parboil asparagus in just enough water to tenderize as the water evaporates in an uncovered skillet. After most of the water is gone, add just enough oil to stir fry until tender. Add salt and pepper, if desired.
