Ingredients:

• 1 8-ounce carton sour cream

• 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

• 2/3 C taco sauce

• 1 1/2 C shredded lettuce

• 1/3 C chopped green pepper

• 1/4 C chopped onion

• 3/4 C shredded cheddar cheese

• 3/4 C Monterey Jack cheese

• 1 medium tomato, chopped

• Tortilla chips

Directions:

In a small bowl, combine sour cream and cream cheese; stir until smooth. On a large platter, spread mixture into an 8-inch circle. Spread taco sauce evenly on top. Then layer with lettuce, pepper, onion, cheddar cheese and Monterrey Jack cheese.  Sprinkle with tomatoes and chill for one hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
