Ingredients:

2 bags broccoli florets, washed and trimmed

1/2 to 1 pound cooked and crumbled bacon

2 C mozzarella cheese

1/2 to 1 diced red onion

Dressing:

1 C mayonnaise

1/3 C sugar

2 Tbsp vinegar

In a bowl, combine well.

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix broccoli, bacon, cheese and red onion.
Add dressing and combine well.
