Ingredients:

1 package sausage (maker’s choice)

1 package peppered sausage Country Gravy or regular Country Gravy mix

1 C. cheddar cheese

6 eggs

1/2 C milk

1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

1 (16-ounce) can Pillsbury Grands biscuits

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9-by-13 pan with non-stick spray. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and palace in the bottom of the pan. Brown sausage and pour over biscuits. Sprinkle with cheese. Whisk eggs and milk with salt and pepper, then pour over cheese. Make gravy according to package directions and drizzle onto the casserole. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
