Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 pounds ground beef

• 1 medium onion, chopped

• 1 can cream of mushroom soup

• 1 can cream of chicken soup

• 1 (soup) can milk

• 1 can enchilada sauce

• 2 C cheddar cheese

• 1 bag Fritos corn chips

Directions:

Brown meat and onion, drain fat. Mix hamburger, soups, milk and sauce. Layer this mixture, alternating with corn chips and ending with burger mixture on top, in a casserole dish. Top with cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
