Ingredients:

• 2 to 3 cans sliced carrots, drained

• 1/4 C brown sugar

• 3 to 4 Tbsp butter, cut in small pieces

• 2 Tbps honey

• Marshmallows for sprinkling (optional)

Directions:

Place carrots in a small baking dish. Sprinkle brown sugar over the carrots, followed by scattering the butter pieces over the top. Drizzle with honey. If desired, scatter marshmallows over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes, until the brown sugar and butter melts. Alternate method: Heat in the microwave until the sugar and butter melt.
