Ingredients:

• 5 1/2 C mashed potatoes

• 1/2 C milk

• 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

• 1 C sour cream

• 2 tsp dried parsley

• 1 tsp onion powder

• 1/4 tsp nutmeg

• 1 tsp seasoned salt

• 1 C shredded cheddar cheese

• 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients, except cheese and bacon, in large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Pour in greased 9-by-13 pan. Top with cheese and bacon. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
