South Central Cattlemen’s Association Meeting
The South Central Cattlemen’s Association will hold its next meeting on Thursday, March 22nd beginning at 7:00 P.M. at Hirsch Feed and Farm Supply in West Plains.
Doug Schaffer, representative with Tru-Test Livestock Management will be the featured speaker.  Topics include electric fencing installation tips and utilizing rotational grazing.  Getting the most out of ones pastures is key in keeping production cost down.  Electric fencing and rotational grazing can be valuable tools in improved pasture management.  Refreshments will be provided compliments of Hirsch Feed and Farm Supply.
South Central Cattlemen’s Association was organized in 2009 serving cattle producers in Howell, Oregon, Ozark, and Shannon counties.  The purpose of the Association is to advance economic, educational, political and social interests of the Missouri Cattle Industry.
