INGREDIENTS:

2 pounds of ground beef or chopped sirlon

1 small red onion

42 ounces beef broth (more or less depending on how thick you like it)

2 cans corn

2 cans black beans – drained and rinsed

2 cans diced tomatoes

1 can diced green chilies

1 package Williams Chili seasoning

Optional Toppings: cheese, tortilla strips, sour cream, cilantro and green onion

DIRECTIONS:

In large pot, brown the ground beef along with the diced red onion. Add remaining ingredients and cook until boiling. Then simmer for 20 minutes or so, until ready to serve.
