INGREDIENTS:

1 large head of lettuce, shredded

1/2 pound fresh chopped spinach

1 pound cooked and crumbled bacon

6 to 8 hard boiled eggs, peeled

1 large bunch chopped green onions, tops included

1 box frozen uncooked peas, thawed

DIRECTIONS:

Wash and drain all ingredients and layer in a 3-quart flat dish.

Dressing

INGREDIENTS:

2 C mayonnaise

1 package dry ranch dressing mix

1 small carton sour cream

DIRECTIONS:

Mix until creamy, spread over the top of salad. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
