4 C pecan halves

2 C sugar

1 C water

2 tsp vanilla

DIRECTIONS:

Put all ingredients in a skillet. Heat on high until all water evaporates. It could take as long as 20 minutes. Quickly place on cookie sheet. Cool and enjoy.
