Ingredients:

3 eggs

1 1/2 C sugar

1/2 C water

1/4 C flour

1 tsp almond extract

1/4 tsp salt

1 1/3 C shredded coconut

1 C butter or margarine, melted

1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Directions:

Lightly beat eggs in mixing bowl. Beat in sugar, water, flour, almond extract and salt until blended. Stir in coconut and melted butter. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool. Cut into serving-size pieces.
