Ingredients:

3 C. flour

2 C. sugar

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. salt

1 ½ C. oil

1 tsp. cinnamon

2 tsp. vanilla

3 eggs, beaten

2 C. mashed bananas

1 C. chopped nuts

Directions:

Combine dry ingredients. Stir in nuts; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients, then mix with the dry ingredients. Stir well, then pour into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 65 minutes.
