18 slices white bread, rolled out with a rolling pin.

1 package cream cheese

1 egg yoke

1/4 C. sugar

Cream ingredients together and spread on bread. Roll bread and cut in half. Coat in melted butter

1 C. brown sugar

1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix well. Roll bread into the mixture, then chill for two hours. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Best when served warm.
